You'll own solutions end to end, from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration, with real influence over technical direction. •Small, autonomous teams. Teams own their services and partner with product on roadmap priorities. •Strong SRE and automation. A dedicated SRE team and solid automation keep production quiet. Engineers pitch in when production genuinely needs it, but it rarely does. •Modernization in flight. You'll have meaningful input into where the platform goes next. •Agile, not ceremony heavy. Lightweight planning, code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement. •AI-assisted development. AI-assisted development is part of our engineering workflow. AI accelerates productivity, but engineers remain accountable for architecture, quality, security, testing, compliance, and production outcomes.
