Required Skills: •Design, implement and maintain server-side applications and APIs using C# and .NET, focusing on performance, scalability and security. •Develop and maintain front-end features and integrations using TypeScript and JavaScript (including React where applicable). •Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions, including data access layers, business logic, and integration with SQL and other persistence technologies. •Partner cross-functionally with product, design and clinical teams to translate requirements into technical designs and reliable deliverables. •Implement secure development practices to protect PHI and support HIPAA compliance when working in healthcare contexts. •Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI components into products, evaluating trade-offs and safety considerations. •Own code quality through unit and integration tests, code reviews, pair programming, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. •Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers, set technical direction, and promote engineering best practices and documentation. Qualifications: •Strong professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (Core/.NET 5+), including building APIs, services and libraries. •Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks; hands-on experience with React is a plus. •Operational familiarity with healthcare domain concepts and regulatory requirements (HIPAA) is highly desirable. •Solid understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization patterns, and data privacy principles. •Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across disciplines, and experience mentoring other engineers.
