Required Skills: •Python and related packages (e.g., Pandas) •Conduct thorough code reviews and provide actionable feedback to maintain code quality, data integrity, and operational reliability. •Lead migration of data tooling from Docker to Kubernetes. •Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirements and solutions for complex data needs. •Investigate and resolve production issues by analyzing code, logs, data, and system behavior; forming and testing hypotheses; and working directly with Field Operations Engineers to gather needed information. •Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems and platforms. •Provide Program and Product Managers with reliable time and effort estimates for technical deliverables. •Serve as backup technical representative for the Data Team Lead in stakeholder meetings, technical estimates, and Field Operations coordination. Qualifications: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience. •Minimum of 3 years of Python development experience. •Minimum of 3 years of experience working with data in relational databases. •Minimum of 2 years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting data migrations. •Demonstrated passion for learning and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and codebases. •Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to ask effective technical questions of engineers, stakeholders, and Field Operations personnel. •Eligibility to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
