Required Skills: •Design, program, test, and commission PLC and HMI software for custom automation systems. •Integrate automation components including robots, motion systems, vision systems, sensors, and safety devices. •Troubleshoot and support machine startup, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing. •Develop technical documentation including control specifications and software documentation. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complete automation solutions. •Lead controls engineering efforts on complex projects. •Mentor engineers and provide technical direction. •Support proposal development, project planning, and customer technical discussions. Qualifications: •B.S. in Software or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. MSEE is a plus. •Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations. •Demonstrated capacity to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites. •Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. •PLCs: Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R, Codesys •HMI/SCADA: Ignition, FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Maple Systems •Industrial Robotics: FANUC, ABB, Epson, Denso •Motion Control, Vision Systems, and Industrial Networking •Operational familiarity with Python, C/C++, C#, or similar programming languages.
