Required Skills: •CGI is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer – Core Platform to develop, enhance, integrate, and troubleshoot ServiceNow capabilities within a mature, highly customized enterprise environment. •This position requires broad ServiceNow experience rather than expertise limited to a single module. The successful candidate should be comfortable navigating layered customizations, troubleshooting platform and vendor issues, and implementing enhancements while maintaining production stability. •This position is required in one of the following locations: Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Birmingham, AL or Columbia, SC •Your future duties and responsibilities •Develop and enhance ServiceNow Incident, Problem and Change Management functionality. •Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, forms, and approvals. •Build, enhance, and support ServiceNow integrations. •Investigate complex defects across existing configurations and layered customizations.
