Proactively coaches and advises Product Owner and people leaders on team configuration and dynamics for optimal delivery. •Product Owner Partnership: Collaborates closely with Product Owners to strengthen backlog health, assist in story mapping, and streamline dependency management without direct reporting ownership. •Cross-Team & Scaled Coordination: Partners with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Portfolio Managers, and external vendor teams to sync interdependencies during Program Increment (PI) planning and ensure alignment with MPC's broader refining objectives. •Monitors project or iteration planning, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and developing detailed timelines. •Identifies obstacles and impediments or enables the team to remove impediments. Seeks innovative ways to bring out more predictable planning outcomes and goal development in team settings. •Implements team processes, automation, etc. that improves adherence to governance, controls and best practices in Agile delivery or DevSecOps. •Identifies critical team stakeholders and proactively finds opportunities for them to engage in team events.
