Required Skills: •Scientific & Research Leadership •Independently develops and conducts research and program evaluation. •Develops research questions and analytical approaches utilizing program data, longitudinal datasets and other relevant institutional and population-level data. •Evaluates the clinical and population impact of the department’s program strategies, including participation, adherence, disease detection, and follow-up outcomes. •Identifies disparities and barriers to the department’s programs and evaluates interventions designed to improve access among underserved and historically under-represented populations. •Collaborates with physicians, scientists, analysts and other investigators on research protocols, abstracts, manuscripts, presentations and grant opportunities. •Supports development of IRB submissions and research protocols when applicable. •Disseminates program findings through internal presentations, regional and national meetings, peer-reviewed publications and other appropriate scientific forums. Qualifications: •PhD, MD or equivalent doctoral degree. •Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and collaborate across clinical, scientific and administrative teams. •Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. •Knowledge of clinical informatics, Epic reporting and healthcare analytics.
