Required Skills: •Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches and deployment milestones. •Conduct readiness assessments and facilitate business process walkthroughs with key stakeholders. •Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, issue management, and business signoff. •Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program leadership to identify and mitigate launch risks. •Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives to drive successful user adoption. •Develop training materials, readiness documentation, launch checklists, and stakeholder communications. •Drive cutover planning, execution readiness reviews, and launch governance activities. •Track and manage defects, open issues, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout testing and deployment phases. Qualifications: •Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial business processes. •In-depth knowledge of Plan-to-Report and Record-to-Report processes. •Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
