Required Skills: •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Customer Service personnel to achieve business objectives. •Establish sales objectives, performance metrics, and operating priorities that support revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. •Own the demand forecasting process and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections. •Analyze bookings, backlog, sales trends, customer demand signals, and market conditions to support production planning and financial forecasting. •Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to support Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) activities. •Manage customer relationships with major aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distribution partners. •Lead commercial discussions related to long-term agreements, pricing adjustments, contract negotiations, delivery commitments, and service performance. •Monitor customer scorecards and identify actions required to improve on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required. •Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred. •Advanced training or certification in business analytics, data analysis, project management, or sales leadership is desirable. •APICS, supply chain, or business analytics training/certification.
