This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence and significantly improve our back-office and Autodesk’s future success. •Attend meetings to discuss and document project requirements as they pertain to U.S. GAAP, with a focus on Revenue Recognition •Work closely with your manager to understand operational capabilities and feasibilities of proposals presented •Perform UAT as well as track and resolve any issues discovered during UAT •Implement and document processes and procedures as required including SOX compliance and internal controls •Evaluate accounting implications and confirm we can operationally support operational changes under the provisions of ASC 606 •Provide accounting guidance to project team and developers •Support broader team in training efforts and overall transition to the new business models and system flows Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent practical experience •Excellent business acumen with ability to deal with ambiguity •Effective communication skills and ability to understand and present data •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment across all organizations as well as independently •Solid functional working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on revenue recognition •CPA certification or equivalent practical experience •Excellent quantitative, analytical and data mining skills •Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers •Welcome to Autodesk!
