Both on-site and offsite. •Drafts and revises maintenance and reliability procedures for others to follow. •Identifies bad economic and reliability performance and crafts overall program to improve performance. Qualifications: •Possesses deep knowledge of operating principles involving rotating and ancillary equipment that leads to solutions others may not identify. •Strong affiliation with an applicable professional association (ex.--vibration Institute, ASME, reliability professionals, others). •Expert level in one of the following or similar technologies (vibration monitoring, RCA, balancing, alignment, precision rebuild, SAP). •Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and software as required. •Strong interpersonal skills with a healthy respect for cultural diversity and teamwork. •Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets, work experience, and qualifications. The expected salary range for this Virginia position is between $108,700 and $146,800.
