Required Skills: •Seeking a Reliability Engineer to support •R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) •By implementing quality/reliability programs, evaluating product designs and test strategies, and driving product robustness, validation, and continuous improvement. •Develop and enhance quality and reliability systems/programs supporting R&D instrument development and NPI. •Review product designs, processes, and test plans with a strong focus on reliability, quality, compliance, and Design for Reliability (DfR) •Pre-verification characterization, reliability, and engineering testing to improve product robustness. •Develop/execute automated testing using •LabVIEW, Python, R, and robotic programs Qualifications: •Programming/test automation experience with LabVIEW, Python, and/or R •Knowledge of embedded systems, CAN bus, and Ethernet communication protocols mechanical, electrical, or optical design principles product/process validation, NPI, R&D-to-manufacturing transfer •Strong learning agility and technical problem-solving skills. •Excellent English communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed technical reports and presentations •(Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) required. •MS and ASQ certifications in Quality/Reliability Engineering strongly preferred.
