Required Skills: •Bloom Energy is looking for a Senior Regulatory Attorney to join their team to advance some of today’s most exciting energy technologies, and to help the Company achieve continued success in the most dynamic and high-profile energy markets. •Manage state regulatory due diligence for target projects, identification of regulatory and commercial risks. •Stay abreast of all FERC proceedings and make recommendations regarding Company involvement, including proceedings that enable commercial adoption of the Company’s innovative new technology. •Represent the Company in regulatory proceedings as needed. •Review, negotiate and draft interconnection and transmission service agreements. •Manage interventions, protests, and other adversary proceedings.
