Required Skills: •Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio, with the flexibility to support both G&A and technical requisitions as business needs shift. •Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity. •Partner with hiring managers across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience. •Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams. •Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.
