Required Skills: •As Senior Property Manager, you will serve as the primary real estate business partner for location leadership and key stakeholders at our Sacramento location. You will oversee property operations, financial performance, workplace strategy, vendor management, and capital projects while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. •Travel: Up to 5%. Relocation assistance is not offered. •Leading the strategic and operational management of owned and leased facilities while aligning property plans with Siemens Mobility objectives. •Partnering with site and executive leadership to translate operational, financial, and workplace information into actionable recommendations. •Owning operating and capital budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, occupancy costs, investment analyses, invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations. •Managing facilities providers, vendors, contractors, contracts, KPIs, service-level agreements, asset records, and compliance with applicable standards and codes. •Delivering renovations, relocations, workplace-modernization initiatives, and capital investments across scope, schedule, budget, risk, communications, and business continuity. •Advancing workplace performance, employee experience, safety, sustainability, and resource conservation. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. •Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization •CPM, CFM, FMP, RPA, IFMA, BOMA, or a comparable professional certification. •Knowledge of ESG strategies, sustainability programs, or LEED-certified facilities. •At Siemens Mobility, you’ll help create and maintain environments where innovation happens.
