Required Skills: •As Senior Property Manager, you will serve as the primary real estate business partner for location leadership and key stakeholders at our Sacramento location. Relocation assistance is not offered. •Leading the strategic and operational management of owned and leased facilities while aligning property plans with Siemens Mobility objectives. •Partnering with site and executive leadership to translate operational, financial, and workplace information into actionable recommendations. •Owning operating and capital budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, occupancy costs, investment analyses, invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliations. •Managing facilities providers, vendors, contractors, contracts, KPIs, service-level agreements, asset records, and compliance with applicable standards and codes. •Delivering renovations, relocations, workplace-modernization initiatives, and capital investments across scope, schedule, budget, risk, communications, and business continuity. •Advancing workplace performance, employee experience, safety, sustainability, and resource conservation.
