Collaborate with Q&MA functional peers at other Rocketdyne sites •Develop and implement team & site-wide tactical quality improvement initiatives promoting sound and effective principles as set forth in company procedures, customer requirements and government standards. •Champion, lead, and support the execution of flow-down strategic initiatives for the Space Electronics business unit Qualifications: •Typically has broad experience across multiple related professional disciplines within the organization, combining theory, past practical experience and the organization’s business practices. •Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior experience or business knowledge, general management capability, and leadership experience managing a quality or mission assurance function •Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. •In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
