Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline. •Strong expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA. •Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving improvement initiatives. •Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools. •Legal authorization to work in the United States.
