We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX and play a pivotal role in shaping product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the organization. •If you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can take ownership, lead cross-functional initiatives, and transform data into action, we'd like to hear from you. •Lead Quality Improvements That Matter •Serve as the primary quality lead for customer complaints, warranty returns, and critical quality issues. •Drive investigations into customer concerns, internal nonconformances, and quality system issues using structured problem-solving methodologies. •Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). •Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring quality and reliability remain central to business decisions. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline. •Strong expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA. •Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving improvement initiatives. •Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools. •Legal authorization to work in the United States.
