Hiring: Senior Quality Engineer – Process Quality & Qualifications Company: GE Vernova Location: Greenville, SC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 10:42:55 About the job Experience: •4 years of in industrial quality •At least 4 years of in industrial quality Required Skills: •Develop process quality and product quality techniques and implement across industrialization efforts •Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives •Focal point for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets •Execute and own the qualifications of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team •Monitor initial process capabilities and problem solve shortcomings from expectation •Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process capability, qualifications, and product quality •Mentor and coach less experienced engineers across the site •Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) from an accredited university or college or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of in industrial quality •Minimum of 6 additional years of experience in Production Process Control •This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
