Hiring: Senior Quality Engineer (Intelligence Systems) Company: Boeing Location: Herndon, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:35:58 About the job Experience: •1+ year of experience performing audits •Position may require travel up to 10% of the time. •Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process •Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies Required Skills: •(BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality team located in Herndon, VA •Develops Quality metrics, design, and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company, and regulatory requirements. •Analyze non-conformance trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions. •Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified process capability levels are achieved. •Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. •The QA Representative is also the primary interface for streamlining internal and external communication and driving visibility and ownership within the program /projects. •Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation •Provides interpretation of complex requirements Qualifications: •This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
