Required Skills: •Oversee the creation of inspection techniques, standards and guides and will prove their effectiveness including new product development. •They will complete MSA, PPAPs, first articles along with gage R&R studies. •They will write procedures and work instructions, implement continuous improvements projects to optimize the process for cost and quality, supporting our new digital initiatives to implement Model Based Enterprise. •Review control plans and process plans for drawing conformance. •Write work instructions and procedures for AM quality processes. •Complete MSAs, PPAPs, FAI, capability studies, and other quality studies. •Lead the creation and maintenance of process FMEAs. •Lead quality councils and MRB events.
