Required Skills: •Implementation and management of the project quality control program and performance of daily quality procedures and provide proper coordination and construction that meet project standards and requirements. •Work directly with both internal and external team members, to provide document review, coordination, and implementation during construction and commissioning. •Demonstrated capacity to work and communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, consultants and owner representatives. Execute inspections with trade partners to oversee checklist and accuracy before and after inspection. •Operational familiarity with a broad range of general construction processes and nomenclature including testing laboratory protocols and procedures, soils and concrete testing, asphalt paving, structural steel and welding and general construction observations. •Methodical and detail-oriented to assist the project team in assuring that Project QC documentation are complete, and procedures are followed to ensure issues are closed and project risk is mitigated. •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand construction plans and specifications including identification of errors or redundancies for resolution by others. •Mange equipment tracking tools by updating inspection statues and project workflows. •Conduct regularly scheduled quality and office/field meetings, review logs of Deficiencies, Punch List, etc., and provide documentation and meeting minutes. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent combination of training and experience. •Proficient in MS-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, SmartSheet, etc. •ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing) •NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology) •Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE). •Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.
