Qualifications: •Doctoral degree in Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, Educational Psychology, or related field (e.g., Industrial/Organization Psychology) with an emphasis on quantitative methods or psychometrics •One (1) year of experience in testing, research, or closely related fields such as statistics and data analysis •Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. •Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. •This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed.
