Required Skills: •Join Hinge Health at a pivotal moment as we build a new strategic growth channel focused on healthcare provider partnerships. As Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships, you will create the strategy and operating model that enables providers to seamlessly refer patients to Hinge Health from within their existing clinical workflows. •Establish the provider partnerships strategy, market priorities, target partner profile, and operating rhythm. •Build a qualified pipeline across health systems, provider organizations, EMR vendors, interoperability platforms, and referral workflow partners. •Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation. •Develop and advance executive-level relationships with health system leaders, CMIOs, CIOs, service line leaders, and digital health teams. •Structure, negotiate, and close initial strategic partnership agreements, including clear commercial models and pilot plans. •Launch and manage strategic provider referral pilots, with success metrics, measurement plans, and cross-functional ownership in place. •In your first year Qualifications: •A strategic builder who is energized by ambiguity, can move between long-term vision and hands-on execution, and enjoys creating new businesses from the ground up. •An owner who takes accountability for outcomes, makes thoughtful tradeoffs, and moves complex work forward with urgency and sound judgment. •An effective communicator who can earn trust, create clarity, and influence senior internal and external stakeholders without relying on formal authority. •A learn-it-all who uses data, partner feedback, and market insight to test assumptions, improve the strategy, and make better decisions quickly. •A hands-on leader who can set a clear vision, navigate complex organizations, remove barriers, and bring diverse cross-functional teams together around shared goals. •A track record of developing executive-level relationships with health system or provider leadership. •Demonstrated ability to influence product direction based on partner and customer insights.
