Hiring: Senior Project Manager Company: Invio Automation Location: Webster, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:58:13 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Project Management, R, Segment About the job Experience: •10+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical, custom design-build environment Required Skills: •Working closely with diverse, multi-disciplined, cross functional teams, the PM will initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and closeout projects. •Serves as the lead customer contact, regularly communicating throughout all phases of the project. •Collects, analyzes, and monitors projects and data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements to processes, workflows, or methods. •Facilitates communication and collaboration between various departments including design, procurement, and quality to ensure actions and goals are aligned. •Coordinates vendors and suppliers to support project activities and ensures cost, quality, and availability meet customer specifications. •Lead and oversee execution of projects on schedule, at or below budget, delivering the contracted scope of work to all applicable codes and standards. •Key customer contact for assigned projects ensuring all key project events and issues is documented. •Manage risk assessment, identification and implement risk mitigation plans. Conduct Project kick-off and manage resources.
