This role requires an on-site presence at our client's headquarters for approximately 20 hours per month. •Program & Project Management •Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of QA and testing initiatives across multiple digital products, mainly QR Code and Onsite Kiosk Testing. •Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. •Participate in or lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning. •Coordinate activities across QA, Product, Development, Analytics, and Business teams. •Drive release readiness and testing completion across multiple environments. •Ensure execution and continuous improvement of the established Test Strategy and Test Management processes. Qualifications: •Takes initiative and drives results •Project Management experience leading software delivery programs. •Managing QA/Test Management initiatives. •Strong expertise with Jira and Confluence. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Operational familiarity with automated testing programs and QA tools. •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. •Operational familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. •A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected Compensation: •$90,000 - $150,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
