Required Skills: •Assist in the establishment of processes and practices to streamline reporting and data needs across all ICE Areas of Responsibility (AORs) •Provide thought leadership on paths for innovation and automation for project team deliverables as well as field communication with HQ •Provide guidance to individual delivery team personnel executing on both daily/weekly requirements as well as ad-hoc quick turnaround tasks •Lead customer engagement to discuss needs, issues, and challenges faced by the clients and pathways to resolution •Lead support to cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. •Review project deliverables, including artifacts to ensure adherence to team compliance and quality standards. •Develop, gather and disseminate information and documentation among both business and technical customers in support of the overall program. •Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
