Required Skills: •Key leader supporting the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and driving customer satisfaction. •Manage customer communications and meetings with external customers & Invio personnel. •Support project engineers with defining project scope, schedule, goals, and deliverables that achieve customer expectations. •Establish/maintain all project timing, financial aspects, and key milestones within the ERP system. •Manage the overall project/program team to complete tasks on schedule. •Monitor and manage customer requirements, quality, cost, and timing elements of assigned projects. •Manage customer POs, billing, and invoicing. Create project numbers for new projects. •Must display exceptional oral and written communication skills with all customers and internal Invio employees. Qualifications: •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint). •Demonstrated capacity to obtain project management professional certification(s). •A four-year degree from an accredited institution in Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, or Project Management. At least five years related experience in project management, planning, and financial tracking.
