Required Skills: •Leads and manages project teams to delivery high quality projects within the specified time and cost constraints. •Develops comprehensive project plans, manages resources and budgets, and ensures adherence to project timelines and milestones. •Maintains visibility to known project work leveraging documented tools, processes and procedures in appropriate Standard Operating Procedures, Playbooks, and Runbooks. •Develops and maintains productive working relationships with business leaders, project sponsors, business analysts, solution architects, vendors, and key clients. •Coordinates project activities, meetings, and resources to ensure smooth execution. •Manages the relationship with the customer, acting as the primary “face” of the project throughout the lifecycle. •Builds and motivates project teams, provides guidance and support to team members, and addresses performance issues. •Provides work direction and leadership to assigned projects, including scheduling, assignment of work, and review of project efforts.
