Required Skills: •What You Can Offer Us •Lead and manage Information Security projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. •Monitor project scope, risks, issues, budget, and resource utilization as well as facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews. •Ensure project deliverables align with organizational security objectives and strategic priorities. •Coordinate project activities across cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, cloud, networking, and business teams. •Facilitate communication and issue resolution among project teams and executives. •Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and programs. •Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities. Identify, document, and track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Proactively escalate critical risks and obstacles to leadership as necessary, developing mitigation and remediation plans to address project challenges. Qualifications: •What You Need to Succeed •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Project Management, and/or related field is required. •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile certifications preferred. •Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or PCI DSS required. •Operational familiarity with IT Infrastructure and Computer Networking concepts required. •In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches required. •Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. •Demonstrated capacity to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results. •Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the established timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
