We are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work by the global authority on workplace culture. •Create and manage all project management deliverables, including project plans, resource plans, management reports, risk/issue logs, and meeting minutes. •Serve as the primary contact for clients for communication with internal and external members on project milestones such as filings, approvals, permits, letters of completion, and other municipality updates; maintain awareness of the status of all team projects. •Deliver client services within established timelines and budgets. •Plan, coordinate, and lead project activities to ensure the attainment of objectives, milestones, and schedules. •Create and manage client communications such as status reports on a set frequency and/or as-needed basis. •Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures to successfully execute tasks and maintain quality and consistency across projects. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree and seven or more years of comparable project management experience. •Strong communication skills, both oral and written, along with solid listening skills. •A team player with strong initiative, a desire to learn, and the ability to complete tasks independently on projects as directed by management. •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the demonstrated ability to multi-task across concurrent projects. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, act as a team leader, and collaborate effectively with other internal members. •Prior experience in the construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate development industry. •Advanced knowledge of municipal permitting, code compliance, and filing processes - New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), FDNY, Department of Transportation, Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC), etc. •NYC Department of Buildings Class 2 Code & Zoning Representative License, or the ability to meet the requirements to obtain the license upon hire. •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.
