We are headquartered in St Louis, but this position can work anywhere in the US and is •Lead enterprise data transformation initiatives through the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through implementation, deployment, and hypercare. •Develop program roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics to drive delivery and business outcomes. •Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. •Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support data migration, cloud modernization, data engineering, and platform transformation programs. •Facilitate discussions around data architecture, migration strategies, data quality, and implementation approaches. •Leverage AI tools to improve project planning, requirements development, risk analysis, reporting, testing, and team productivity. •Build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders, providing clear communication, governance, and strategic guidance throughout program delivery. Qualifications: •Proven experience delivering complex data transformation, migration, cloud, or data engineering programs. •Product Information Management (PIM) solutions •Demonstrated ability to manage projects through the complete lifecycle from discovery through deployment. •Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. •Strong forecasting, planning, risk management, and dependency management capabilities.
