The CAM IPT Lead will manage daily project execution in one (or more) of the subsystem areas, coordinate and communicate with all required functions & suppliers from early program bidding thru final flight delivery; delivering subsystem hardware to the factory floor on-time & within budget. •Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. •Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverages the organization's dynamics to promote program goals by focusing on a shared vision.
