Required Skills: •This role serves as a key leadership pipeline position within Strategy & Transformation and offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of distribution center operations through major business, process, and technology initiatives. •New Product Introductions, Business Integration Support & Operational Readiness •Support new product introductions, business integrations, process introductions, and strategic initiatives through planning, testing, documentation, and readiness activities. •Partner with Operations, Quality, IT, Engineering, Maintenance, Enterprise Excellence, and other stakeholders to support successful implementation. •Validate process readiness, system functionality, and operational requirements prior to implementation. •Evaluate end-to-end warehouse processes to identify constraints, risks, and readiness gaps. •Identify and mitigate operational, system, quality, capacity, and implementation risks before they impact execution. •Support launch, integration, transition, and stabilization activities for major projects and business changes. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related technical field preferred. •Strong data analysis and reporting skills required; Excel required. Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Access, VBA, Python, or similar tools preferred.
