Required Skills: •Lead capital projects from equipment upgrades to facility expansions. •Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans. •Manage multiple projects while tracking scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk. •Communicate project status and maintain required change-control documentation. •Engineering & Technical Leadership •Lead project design, cost estimates, technical studies, and feasibility assessments. •Develop and review engineering packages, specifications, PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, and drawings. •Support equipment procurement and ensure solutions meet manufacturing, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with a broad range of manufacturing unit operations, utility systems, and associated equipment. •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors. •Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Operational familiarity with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements and other applicable industry codes and regulations. •Knowledge of automation and control systems, including PLC, DCS, SCADA, BMS, or similar platforms. •Operational familiarity with cGMP requirements and FDA regulations.
