Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted. •Project Management: Proven capability to independently scope, track, and execute multiple simultaneous project workstreams from inception to successful implementation. •Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the demonstrated ability to manage up effectively to regional executives. •Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Salesforce, and Monday.com; solid understanding or experience utilizing and experimenting with AI-based platforms (e.g., Claude Cowork, Gemini) as well as reporting tools like Tableau, Jira, or Miro. •Travel & Environment: Comfortable working remotely within a fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats, headquarters alignment, and practice visits.
