Required Skills: •Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology programs spanning data platform, operating-model, and application initiatives •Manage program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams •Establish governance structures (steering committees, working groups) and run cadence for status, decisions, and escalation •Forecast resourcing needs and manage staffing across employees and contractors •Define and enforce program management standards, tooling, and reporting •Manage change control, benefits realization, and post-implementation reviews •Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to Executive Steering committee audiences •Manage project managers in their day to day work Qualifications: •Demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-year platform or transformation programs at enterprise scale in Private Markets or Asset Management •15+ years leading large-scale technology and business transformation programs in asset management or financial services •Deep command of program/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tooling (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent) •Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization •Demonstrated fluency with AI tools, and experience overseeing delivery of AI-enabled initiatives alongside traditional technology and process workstreams •Comprehensive expertise in financial markets and financial industry workflows •Strong financial acumen and vendor/commercial management experience •Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field •PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master) certification Compensation: •$200,000 - $240,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
