You are comfortable operating with limited direction on how to execute, while aligning plans and recommendations to GTM priorities and stakeholder objectives. •This position is hybrid/remote and reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO. •Lead small-to-medium GTM transformation and growth programs, or defined workstreams within larger programs, from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization •Develop and own integrated program plans with clear milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and measurable outcomes aligned to GTM priorities •Design and manage program governance, operating cadence, and stakeholder forums that create visibility, accountability, and forward momentum within the program scope •Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data stakeholders to align plans, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers within scope •Facilitate cross-functional alignment by understanding stakeholder goals, constraints, and incentives, and by connecting the right people to move work forward Qualifications: •Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, organize complex work, manage scope tradeoffs, and convert objectives into clear plans and next steps •Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, or related GTM teams to align program objectives and execution plans •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize inputs from multiple viewpoints into clear recommendations and program narratives •Solid functional working knowledge of GTM data, systems, and reporting concepts, with the ability to use data to support program decisions and status reporting •PMP, Change Management, Agile, or related certifications preferred; practical application of program management methods is valued over strict methodology adherence •Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed •Welcome to Autodesk!
