Hiring: Senior Program and Delivery Manager Company: Mimecast Location: Massachusetts, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 00:09:20 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, R About the job Required Skills: •Own the roadmap: build and maintain a clear, ranked view of priorities across Product and R&D, grounded in real capacity and realistic commitments. •Drive a weekly delivery cadence with leadership — surfacing risks early, resolving blockers, and keeping priorities connected to what teams are actually doing day to day. •Champion AI adoption across Product and R&D, embedding AI-powered workflows into planning, documentation, and quality assurance, and tracking the impact. •Spot the patterns others miss — recurring friction, misalignment, and systemic blockers — and bring leadership solutions, not just problems. •Own the metrics that matter: cycle time, lead time, deployment frequency, and a velocity narrative that drives continuous improvement. •Keep a pulse on team health, championing lightweight process that improves flow and pushing back on ceremony that doesn't. Qualifications: •Demonstrable experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or Engineering Program Management across multi-team Product and R&D organizations. •A track record of owning roadmap planning and execution end-to-end — not just facilitating, but being accountable for the outcome. •Strong analytical chops: you can build a metrics framework and turn delivery-flow data into a narrative that drives decisions. •Cross-functional influence without relying on authority — you get alignment across Product, R&D, and leadership because people trust your judgment. •Fluency in agile delivery, technical enough to hold your own in trade-off and estimation conversations, pragmatic enough not to be dogmatic about frameworks. •A genuine interest in AI's role in how Product and R&D teams work, and the drive to accelerate adoption where it counts. •High ownership and a team-first mindset — you bring solutions, follow through, and measure yourself by what the team achieves. •Cybersecurity is a community effort. That’s why we’re committed to building an inclusive, diverse community that celebrates and welcomes everyone – unless they’re a cybercriminal, of course. •We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, and we’d encourage you to join us whatever your background. We particularly welcome applicants from traditionally underrepresented groups. •We consider everyone equally: your race, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, marital status, nationality, or any other protected characteristic won’t affect your application. Compensation: •$124,000 - $186,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
