Required Skills: •Should have functional knowledge of ground systems capable of transmitting and receiving RF emissions. •Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents. •Must be able to physically able to lift, rack, and stack equipment following one-person, two-person, and lifting device safety recommendations. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively under time constraints. •Strong troubleshooting skills in software loading, hardware, and network issues. •Excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualifications: •Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability, production schedule, delivery need dates, and steps throughout the production process. •Aid with production planning for multiple system designs. •Build and integrate electronic equipment. •Complete production checklists and acceptance test procedures in coordination with quality assurance. •Identify and help resolve problems with production goods. •Troubleshoot and resolve technical (hardware and software) issues as they occur in coordination with the engineering team as needed. •Escalate any hardware/software issues or system outages to leadership immediately. •Administratively track production tasks and assets in our ticketing system for proper documentation. •Manage and log the configuration of hardware and software. •Document production data and maintain accurate records.
