Required Skills: •Own the operational health of assigned applications, ensuring stability and performance. •Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support, investigating and resolving application issues and user-impacting incidents. •Participate in production releases, deployment validation, and change management processes. •Strengthen monitoring and alerting systems, maintain runbooks, and identify recurring issues for permanent resolution. •Drive standardization of support metrics, incident/change management, and escalation procedures. •Identify and deliver automation opportunities using scripting and modern tooling. •Participate in an on-call rotation and mentor other support resources. •Partner cross-functionally with Development, Infrastructure, Network Engineering, and Information Security teams. Qualifications: •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, operating systems, and middleware. •Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and Python scripting for automation and log analysis. •Excellent SQL skills for data querying and validation. •Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and application integrations. •Operational familiarity with web and desktop application support. •Understanding of job scheduling/workload automation and middleware/messaging technologies. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
