Required Skills: •Provide front-line senior support for internally built tools, automations, AI-enabled capabilities, integrations, and data workflows. •Serve as a technical peer to the development team by reviewing logs, diagnosing issues, identifying root cause, and recommending durable fixes. •Create monitoring, alerting, operational runbooks, and support procedures for production applications and automations. •Triage user issues, distinguish break-fix support from enhancement requests, and translate recurring issues into requirements for development and business analyst teams. •Provide white-glove post-cutover support for newly acquired teams after system migrations. •Mentor the junior Production Support Engineer and establish quality standards for the support function. •Help protect developer capacity by absorbing support work that the service desk is not positioned to handle. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
