Prioritize learning and impact over polish or perfection. Qualifications: •A track record of shipping AI-powered or data-driven features that solved real, validated user problems •Comfort translating ambiguous strategy into concrete execution plans within a defined product area •Strong technical fluency — you can go deep with Engineering on feasibility and tradeoffs without needing to write the code yourself •A collaborative operating style — you've driven alignment across Engineering, Design, Support, and Customer Success, not just handed off requirements •Genuine empathy for teachers and students as end users, and curiosity about the pedagogy behind the product •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Education, Business, or a related field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. •Proven AI adoption experience and extensively use AI tools to draft, analyze, build, and iterate across work. •Tangible evidence shipping a new process, tool, approach, product idea, or something that did not exist before your involvement. •In-depth knowledge of software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices. •Applied hands-on capability in Agile, Scrum and product discovery techniques/technology solutions.
