This is a hybrid opportunity based in our Waltham, MA or Austin, TX office. •Own the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for the integration of secure connectivity capabilities across the Imprivata platform. •Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to define connectivity requirements, technical designs, and product tradeoffs. •Translate complex networking and security concepts into clear product requirements and intuitive customer experiences. •Interface directly with customers and field teams to understand network architectures, deployment challenges, and opportunities to simplify connectivity and configuration. •Define product success metrics and use customer feedback, product data, and operational insights to measure adoption, connectivity performance, and overall customer experience. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. •In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnets, ports, firewalls, NAT, proxies, and network segmentation. •Operational familiarity with technologies and protocols such as WireGuard, IPsec, or comparable secure connectivity approaches. •In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including encryption, authentication, certificates, and key management. •Demonstrated ability to translate customer, market, and business needs into product strategy and priorities. •Operational familiarity with enterprise data center, hybrid-cloud, and cloud networking environments. •Background in identity and access management, privileged access management, or enterprise cybersecurity.
