Hiring: SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (PROCUREMENT) Company: University of California Office of the President Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:07:02 Employment Type: Contract / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Change Management, LLM, Product Management, Product Strategy, Scrum, User Experience About the job Experience: •Min 10 years of experience in product management, procurement systems, or technology delivery •In-depth knowledge of Source-to-Contract or Source-to-Pay processes •Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives Required Skills: •Define and maintain the integrated product roadmap across all six S2C technologies •Ensure alignment with the SWP strategic initiatives, procurement strategy, and enterprise data priorities •Identify capability technology gaps and inefficiencies for product innovation, and opportunities for automation and AI enablement •Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform scalability •25% Delivery & Execution Leadership •Support Program Leadership in program planning, roadmap alignment, and milestone readiness •Oversee end-to-end implementations, prepare impact assessments for enhancements, integrations, and rollouts •Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Qualifications: •Min 1 year of experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle, GEP, etc.) •Operational familiarity with AI/ML applications in procurement and contract intelligence •Advanced knowledge of business and process analysis functions. •Advanced knowledge of related areas of IT. •Knowledge relating to the design of processes and software across the organization. •Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process and software design, modification and implementation. •Demonstrated skills needed to develop process and system implementation plans. •Demonstrated experience with process analysis, systems analysis, process architectures and systems analysis methodologies and practices including traditional waterfall, Agile, Agile Scrum, UML, UML Enterprise, et cetera. •Understanding and skill in complex process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description. •Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.
