Required Skills: •Understand company strategy and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas, to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet share. •Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points. •Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgement to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment. •Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible. •Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releases. •Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customers. •Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert. •Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study. •Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration. •Demonstrated success in managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products. •Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, and a habit of using them to bring efficiency and leverage to day-to-day product work — including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication •Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. •Solid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus. •At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.
