Relevant work types include ERA, EFT, EDI, Eligibility, and payment processing. •Understanding of the data collection, partner-specific requirements, and multi-step enrollment lifecycle needed to stand up and sustain electronic transactions. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large sets of quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and roadmaps. •Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly, build alignment, and make thoughtful tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule. Required Skills: •Define and execute on automation-first product vision, strategy and roadmap for electronic transactions with payers and clearinghouses, as well as core practice configuration. •Develop work management solutions that enable customers and operations teams to prioritize, assign, track, and complete payer connectivity work. •Build and maintain visibility tooling — including dashboards, health monitoring, and alerting — so customers and internal teams can track connectivity status, maintain transaction health, and detect degradation before it impacts revenue. •Drive execution across multiple engineering pods using spec-driven development, ensuring clear ownership and focused on the highest priorities. •Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify problem themes, define success metrics and hypotheses, and track outcomes to ensure impact. •Partner with Product Management and Operations leaders to drive portfolio strategy, gain organizational alignment, and deliver KPI impact. •Support product launches through alpha, beta, and general availability in collaboration with customer-facing and internal teams. •Use AI tools and automation to improve personal productivity and effectiveness. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in product management.
