Caris Life Sciences - Irving, TX
Hiring: Senior Product Manager Company: Caris Life Sciences Location: Irving, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:21:00 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, HIPAA, Product Management About the job Experience: •8+ years in product management, or equivalent product or program leadership, including ownership of technical or platform-scoped work. Required Skills: •Own strategy and a rolling roadmap for an assigned clinical software product, turning company priorities and stakeholder evidence into a sequenced, value-ordered backlog. •Drive continuous discovery with the ordering physicians, pathologists, geneticists, laboratory operations, and commercial teams who use and depend on the product; validate problems before they become roadmap commitments. •Write product requirements engineering teams can move on: epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria clear enough to build from and complete enough for a regulated environment. •Own release definition: scope the minimum viable release, set launch-readiness criteria, and make the go/no-go call with engineering, quality, and regulatory partners. •Own what happens after launch: define adoption, utilization, and outcome measures; partner with engineering to instrument them; and iterate or retire capabilities on the evidence. •Run the working sessions that keep clinical, operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders aligned, making trade-offs visible and priority calls defensible. •Make the case for investment: put the clinical, operational, and business impact of proposed features, technical-debt work, and regulatory change in terms leadership can act on. •Build SOX and FDA change-control obligations into product plans from the start, working with quality and regulatory teams so compliance moves at the pace of delivery. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •End-to-end ownership of a live software product, from strategy and roadmap through delivery and post-release outcomes. •A track record of writing structured product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) that engineering teams built and shipped. •Fluency with generative AI tools in product discovery, analysis, requirements, or documentation work. •Advanced degree, such as an MBA, in a relevant field. •Demonstrated capacity to translate regulatory or compliance constraints into actionable product requirements. •Operational familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and associated product-management tooling. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at varying levels of technical and clinical fluency.
