Required Skills: •Specialty Capital is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help build the technology that powers our lending business. •This is a highly hands-on product role for someone who understands that in financial services, the platform itself can be a competitive advantage. •Own major products and workflows across the financing lifecycle, from application and underwriting through offers, funding, servicing, renewals, and portfolio management. •You’ll work directly with engineering, underwriting, sales, operations, data, and company leadership to identify problems, design solutions, prioritize the roadmap, and ship products that have measurable business impact. •We’re looking for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution: understanding the business problem in the morning, mapping the workflow in the afternoon, and working with engineers to get it into production. •End-to-End Product Development: Own discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, measurement, and iteration for major parts of Specialty Capital's lending platform. •Lending & Underwriting Workflows: Improve how applications move through submission, data collection, underwriting, decisioning, offers, contracts, funding, servicing, and renewals. •Product Roadmap: Help define and prioritize the roadmap based on customer needs, operational bottlenecks, business impact, data, and ROI. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of lending workflows, including application intake, underwriting, credit decisioning, funding, servicing, and renewals. •Demonstrated experience taking products from problem identification through production launch and iteration. •Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing APIs, integrations, data structures, system dependencies, and technical tradeoffs. •Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make product decisions. SQL experience is a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to turn ambiguous business problems into structured requirements and actionable product plans. •Comfortable operating in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment where priorities move quickly and individual ownership is high. •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
