Included in the S&P 500 Index and the, CoStar Group is on a mission to digitize the world’s real estate, empowering all people to discover properties, insights and connections that improve their businesses and lives. •This position is located in Richmond, VA and is in office Monday through Friday. •Product Strategy & Market Development •Own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for multifamily use cases, and workflows (property/asset management, marketing operations and owners/operators. •Identify and validate “whitespace” opportunities; define the MVP, scale path, and customer outcomes for each new capability. •Run continuous discovery with onsite teams to understand pain points across and translate insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. •Partner with Research and Sales to recruit representative users (PMCs, REITs, owner/operators) and test prototypes rapidly. •Partner cross-functionally with relevant teams to integrate more multifamily data and present it through intuitive analytics and workflow tools.
