Required Skills: •This role will report to the Founding Product Designer. •Take end-to-end ownership of product design: shaping roadmap decisions, defining core experiences, and shipping at speed without compromising craft. •Design AI-native experiences across distinct user groups: internal operators, clinic users, and patients, each with different needs, contexts, and levels of technical fluency. •Design with commercial outcomes in mind: high-quality product experience is a growth lever here, and your work will directly influence ARR, retention, and expansion. •Leverage, maintain, and scale our design system: drive consistency across all products and touchpoints. •Set and hold the bar for UI/UX quality: partner closely with Product and Engineering to iterate quickly, prioritize user value, and continuously raise the standard. •5+ years designing and shipping production-ready digital products. Startup experience strongly preferred. •Demonstrated experience designing across multiple personas and surfaces, ideally within complex, high-stakes AI-driven products.
